A company is looking for a Claims Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer interactions and guide them through the claims process, ensuring satisfaction
Investigate claims by gathering evidence and assessing liability through various communication methods
Analyze and negotiate moderate bodily injury claims while collaborating with other departments for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent education and experience
6-12 months of claims adjusting experience preferred
Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
