JOB SUMMARY :

Client's Global Business Solutions Group is seeking a Risk Specialist to join their Risk Operations team in support of small businesses, focusing on fraud protection and financial risk management. The role requires analyzing customer and transaction data to identify and mitigate risk, adhering to procedures while maintaining detailed records, and collaborating across teams to optimize processes and resolve issues. The role aims to balance customer service with strict risk policies, ensuring the safety of Intuit and its customers.

Training : 5-6 weeks

Work schedule : 9.00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

  • This role is hybrid and will require 2-3 days in the office per week. Must be able to work Saturdays and most holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyze financial patterns and transaction data to identify fraud and risk trends.
  • Operate within guidelines to mitigate risk and maintain detailed records of all transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to risk policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new risk patterns.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
  • Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software
  • Proficient in using multiple applications.
  • Banking / payroll background.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting or related field a plus
