Lead AI Engineer

To support business operations, the full-time salaried Lead AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems, establishing architectural patterns and ensuring production reliability, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities: Establishes architectural patterns, evaluation practices, and deployment standards for AI systems Translates proposed business solutions into technical plans and owns solutions from technical planning to monitoring Builds monitoring and evaluation systems to maintain production reliability and compliance with data governance standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack foundation Recent hands-on experience building AI or LLM-backed systems in production Experience architecting solutions from scratch and ensuring ongoing reliability Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms
