Leading a lean team of marketers, the full-time remote Marketing Vice President will own the strategy and operating model, drive pipeline contributions, and enhance sales effectiveness while building a compelling brand narrative. Key responsibilities Coach the marketing team and establish priorities, success metrics, and operating rhythms to enhance quality and impact Own marketing's contribution to the qualified pipeline through various channels and develop account-based programs targeting enterprise buyers Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to sharpen messaging, diagnose funnel performance, and ensure successful product launches Required qualifications 8-10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, particularly with enterprise buyers Player-coach leadership style, comfortable with both strategy development and hands-on execution Proven expertise in sales enablement, equipping sales teams with effective messaging and tools Strong budget management skills with a focus on connecting marketing investment to business outcomes AI-native mindset, leveraging automation and AI to enhance marketing efforts
