Associate Project Manager

Supporting project planning and execution, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate daily activities, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation while working both onsite in Denver, CO and remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely task completion Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators and reporting findings to senior team members Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments, while supporting budget management Required qualifications 3+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm Basic understanding of project management principles and processes, with a focus on coordination and communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with basic project management software Familiarity with relevant environmental and construction laws, codes, regulations, and compliance practices
