To support a growing team, the part-time Web Analytics Lead will manage the end-to-end measurement lifecycle, translating business questions into tracking specifications, auditing GA4 implementations, and delivering insights to clients. Key responsibilities Translate high-level business questions into trackable events and success metrics Define and maintain comprehensive Tracking/Tagging Plans while ensuring naming conventions and parameter hygiene Manage complex GA4 environments, including events, user properties, and audience segmentation Required qualifications Deep, hands-on experience with GA4, including Events and Conversions Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Slack Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution basics, and KPI frameworks Experience with tag configuration, custom variables, and validation workflows Ability to communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
