Job description
Owning the digital strategy, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Director will lead a team to drive demand creation and capture through effective paid media, website optimization, and digital campaign execution. Key responsibilities Define and oversee the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with company goals Manage the paid media budget and ensure efficient investment tied to pipeline growth Direct website strategy and optimization efforts to enhance conversion rates Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with progressive leadership roles Proven experience in managing digital strategy for demand creation and capture Direct experience with managing paid media budgets and optimizing return on ad spend Experience in overseeing website strategy and conversion rate optimization Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
