Providing essential administrative support for the Owner's claims management process, the remote Claims Support Specialist will maintain project records, organize claim documentation, and assist legal teams in preparing claim responses. Key responsibilities Maintain contemporaneous records supporting the Owner's position in claims or disputes Assist the Owner's legal team in preparing claim responses and compiling document packages for proceedings Organize claim-related evidence and coordinate with project administration for record completeness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, legal studies, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience with 3+ years in relevant roles Experience supporting claims documentation and project administration on capital projects Strong document organization and records retrieval skills Able to coordinate with legal and project teams in a fast-paced environment Experience with delay documentation and construction correspondence records is a plus
