Leading the Strategic Account Director organization across the Americas, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will manage a team, drive regional account strategy, and ensure net revenue retention and expansion while engaging with executive-level clients. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Account Directors while setting quotas and account assignments Own the Americas strategic account book of business, establishing consistent account-planning methodologies and engaging as an executive sponsor Carry accountability for net revenue retention and expansion quotas, ensuring forecast accuracy and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise customer leadership, with 4+ years managing a team Proven track record of exceeding net revenue retention or expansion quotas at a B2B SaaS company or leading Agentic provider Experience engaging C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies and navigating complex enterprise governance Deep familiarity with BFSI and/or healthcare operating environments preferred Strong commercial acumen in forecasting, contract negotiation, and pipeline management
