CPA Accounting Manager

Managing complex operational accounting activities, the full-time remote Accounting Manager - Financial Products & Services will ensure the accuracy of financial records, support timely reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and resolve issues. Key responsibilities Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules Interpret and apply accounting guidance to new transactions, advising stakeholders and documenting audit conclusions Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close activities, identifying variances and recommending process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of professional accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or a related finance role Active CPA license (strongly preferred) with a foundation in public accounting Experience using AI tools in accounting or finance environments Experience with modern ERP or financial systems and performing complex reconciliations in a high-volume environment
