Work Schedule: any day of the week; minimum requirement of two shifts every 4 weeks.
This position provides direct nursing care to patients in the IPU, their families, interdisciplinary group management, coordination of patient and family services, and evaluation of appropriate hospice care through development of the Hospice plan of care.

In hospice care, you are dealing with grief. It is important to find ways to not take the heaviness of it all home with you. Education: Associates or better in Nursing.
Experience: One year of clinical nursing experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications: RN Required, CHPN Preferred
