To build and scale the VAR and reseller partner ecosystem, the full-time Channel Manager will recruit new partners, deepen existing relationships, and generate net-new pipeline while working remotely. Key responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and activate new VAR and channel reseller partners Deepen relationships and enhance deal flow with existing partners Build and run a partner enablement program, including training and co-sell playbooks Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience with VARs and channel resellers, focusing on pipeline generation Proven track record of accelerating sales cycles through channel partnerships Experience designing effective partner enablement programs Ability to operate with ambiguity and build channel strategies from scratch Strong collaboration skills with sales, sales engineering, and marketing teams
