Job description
To support a growing finance organization, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Manager will manage the monthly close process, prepare financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP, and enhance accounting workflows for improved efficiency and scalability. Key responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Standardize and automate accounting workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability Strengthen internal controls and prepare for annual audits and tax compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or active pursuit of CPA certification Five to eight years of progressively responsible accounting experience in public accounting or a high-growth company Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) framework Prior supervisory experience with the ability to manage and develop team members
