To support a growing multi-state network of physician practices, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage onboarding, compliance audits, and employee relations while training office managers on standard processes. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for practice inquiries regarding policy, onboarding, leave, and timekeeping Run compliance audits and maintain the state-by-state compliance calendar while liaising with HR partners Coordinate documentation of sensitive employee matters and support leave and accommodation reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of progressive People Operations or HR experience, preferably in a multi-site support role Experience with multi-state employment compliance is required Background in healthcare or multi-site services setting is highly preferred SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is preferred
