Providing essential administrative support for research-related activities, the full-time Contract Administrator will ensure timely proposal submissions, track approval processes, and manage grants and contracts in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Support faculty and department administrators throughout the grant and contract lifecycle Ensure compliance with institutional policies and funding agency guidelines while managing diverse awards Facilitate data management and provide guidance on grant and contract parameters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of institutional cost policies and funding agency guidelines Understanding of negotiation and financial grants management processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to grants and contracts
