To support a growing HR function, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage HR systems, workflows, and data analytics while improving processes and supporting employee lifecycle activities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain HRIS and People Operations tools, ensuring accurate employee information and efficient workflows Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights for HR and business decisions Own or contribute to HR projects, coordinating with stakeholders to enhance processes and implement new initiatives Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration Hands-on experience with HRIS or People Operations systems and tools Experience in creating or maintaining reports and dashboards HRIS implementation or improvement experience Workflow automation or process optimization experience
