Experienced in personal lines insurance, the full-time Senior Account Manager will build strong client relationships, ensure exceptional service, and manage accounts while having the flexibility to work remotely, provided they reside within reasonable travel distance to New Hampshire or Vermont locations. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Maintain accurate records and data entry using agency management systems Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines Active Property & Casualty License Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with computer systems and data entry Experience with AMS 360 or similar agency management systems (preferred but not required)
