Leading financial management initiatives, the full-time Program Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting for programs related to the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State. Key responsibilities Manage the monthly close process, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and financial reporting Interface with Program Operation Managers and support organizations to implement financial policies and procedures Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and assist in new business proposals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or finance manager Experience in the defense contract industry with knowledge of multiple contract types Ability to obtain a security clearance as needed Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting
