Leveraging data to drive insights, the full-time remote Marketing Data Analyst will optimize marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and communicate findings to clients while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Independently analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels to measure effectiveness and ROI Create insights presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders using various analytical tools Mentor and train junior marketing data analysts, fostering their development and expertise Required qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field Four years of experience in data analytics and marketing consulting Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Experience with statistical analysis techniques including A/B testing and regression analysis Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement metrics
