About the Role

Annotation is what helps AI make sense of the world — it’s the bridge between raw data and intelligent understanding. As a Annotation Quality Reviewer , you’ll play a key role in shaping how AI systems interpret language, images, and information. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback on data quality, and help maintain high annotation standards across diverse projects.

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze data — from text passages and product descriptions to social media posts, news articles, or visual content (such as marketing images and short videos) — ensuring it’s correctly labeled and contextually accurate.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on tasks completed by other annotators, identifying inconsistencies or labelling errors, and providing constructive feedback to help improve accuracy.
• Label or classify content according to detailed project guidelines — for example, tagging sentiment in user reviews, identifying medical terminology in clinical texts, or categorizing tone in marketing copy.
• Evaluate AI-generated content by rating response quality, factual correctness, and tone appropriateness — such as comparing different chatbot outputs or fact-checking generated summaries.
• Flag problematic or sensitive material , including biased language, misleading claims, or inappropriate visual content, to ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvements , such as suggesting refinements to annotation guidelines, improving workflow efficiency, and mentoring new team members on best practices.

Important note : This is project-based work. Tasks are available  only when projects are active . You may be invited to one or more projects depending on your profile and current opportunities.
