Healthcare Data Analyst

Owning encounter operations and stakeholder management for a portfolio of Medicaid and Medicare Advantage clients, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will manage the end-to-end encounter workflow, gather requirements, and facilitate collaboration between clients, business teams, and engineers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage encounter-management responsibilities for approximately 6-8 clients, ensuring effective workflow and collaboration Generate and submit 837 healthcare encounter files to client destinations while tracking response files Triage and coordinate remediation of rejections with engineering and internal teams, reporting on performance and SLA metrics Required qualifications Proficiency in SQL for supporting various Business and Data Operations Demonstrated data-analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, or comparable tools Experience in structured problem-solving and process management; Six Sigma, Scrum, or Kanban certification preferred Strong stakeholder and client-management skills across technical and nontechnical audiences Mid-level experience in healthcare, Medicaid, encounters, EDI, or related payer/health-plan environments
