Key responsibilities Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing and locksmith services Document member details accurately while ensuring their immediate safety and satisfaction Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process and maintain smooth operations Required qualifications Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
