Operations Manager, Home Delivery

This role will be a key leader, overseeing all aspects of our Home Delivery performance, service levels, and associate development within the Distribution Center. You will analyze performance, manage inventory, and ensure excellent home delivery customer service by effectively leading a team and holding third-party logistics (3PL) partners accountable.

• This is an on-site position based out of our Tracy, CA Distribution Center

Minimum Starting Rate : $101,900.00 Hourly Up to : $135,000.00 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
