Ensure plant equipment complies with federal, state, and local regulations. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies. Conduct workplace exams and job hazard analysis / risk assessment. Identify and report any process-related issues, adverse conditions, hazards, and / or concerns to the Production Shift Supervisor. Perform routine plant clean-up of various process lines, towers, tunnels, material transport systems, etc., using tools such as shovels, brooms, rakes, and vacuum trucks. Operate mobile equipment as directed by the Production Shift Supervisor. Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment. Always wear appropriate PPE specific to the task. Support safe and productive plant operations. Must communicate effectively on the radio system. Report to the Production Shift Supervisor. Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety audits / inspections. Other tasks as assigned.
