The National Onboarding Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for new customers as they transition from sales to production. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience by managing timelines, gathering packaging specifications and artwork, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. The coordinator plays a key role in building strong relationships and setting customers up for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship & Experience Management
• Acts as the main customer contact throughout the onboarding phase-from quote through production readiness.
• Delivers an exceptional customer experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Provides proactive communication on project status, milestones, and potential risks or delays.
• Guides customers through artwork approval and proofing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position. The targeted compensation for this position is between a $65K - $75K base plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
