Job Summary

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations for a high-volume dining account based at Emory University. This includes managing a culinary team, ensuring strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and driving excellence in food quality and service. The role is home-based in Atlanta, GA, with required travel depending on operational needs, and future relocation may be necessary. Some weeks may not involve travel.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage food cost controls and overall expenditures for the account

Develop, plan, and implement diverse, high-quality menus

Purchase and maintain inventory with efficiency and accuracy

Lead the rollout of new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams

Provide leadership and direction to culinary associates

Preferred Qualifications :

Culinary degree preferred

3–5 years of proven culinary management experience

High-volume production and catering background

Strong record of managing food and labor cost controls

Ambition to grow with a leading foodservice organization
