Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care.\n\nAt MAS Home Care we work as a team with patients and their families to provide the highest quality of care. • Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams to follow\n
• Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence.\n
• Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentation\n
• Assist with promoting client independence and healing\n
• Demonstrates competency in carrying out patient care / treatments\n\nRequirements : \n
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Maine\n
• 1 to 2 years prior experience\n
• Active CPR certification\n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\n
• Clean driving record and background check\n
