We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).

Role Summary:

Manage Development, Maintenance, and Operation Teams. Coordinates with agency stakeholders to identify and achieve work products. Focus on project performance and customer satisfaction. Drive project growth through expansion of services.

Responsibilities:

· Supervises the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.

· Provides supervision to a small or moderately sized team of operational, production, service, or administrative personnel.

· Administers policies and guidelines that directly affect teamwork activities.

· Establishes project governance, including client stakeholders, for the delivery of project services.

· Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement

· Establishes deadlines for completing assignments.

· Supervises a team of developers, business analysts, and testers in support of maintenance, operations, and enhancements of custom Java applications.

· Provides feedback and opportunity for team member skill and career development.

· Manages application management sprint teams.

· Takes the lead role in managing client relationships.

· Mentors team members on delivery management best practices and process improvement opportunities.

· Manages and controls expenses for the organization while ensuring resource optimization.

· Ensures team achieves performance and client service metrics.

· Provides personnel management for team resources.

· Resolves escalated problems to maintain strong client experience levels.

· Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.

· Manages escalation as per agreed escalation matrix.

· Identifies new opportunities for project growth with the client.

Required Qualifications

· 6 or more years of state level health and human services projects experience, with at least 3 years of this experience in management

· 3 or more years of project management and client engagement experience

· 3 or more years’ experience in budgeting, business financial and P&L skills

· PMI PMP Required

Preferred Skills

· Bachelor’s degree
