Regional Sales Manager - US DoD / IC

GreyNoise Intelligence is a mission driven security startup focused on helping organizations understand and mitigate risks from Internet scanning and exploitation. GreyNoise provides real-time, verifiable intelligence on all actors scanning the Internet and how some of them are attempting to exploit vulnerabilities on assets connected to corporate networks. The intelligence is highly trusted because it's generated from a global fleet of thousands of purpose built sensors observing the Internet. Advanced data science techniques and AI are used to process millions of observed events into real-time intelligence for customers.

The GreyNoise Global Observation Grid observes and analyzes unique threat data at-scale that no one else can. GreyNoise provides the most actionable threat intelligence against perimeter threats, so that no attack works twice.

All positions are fully remote within the US, with optional office attendance at our DC area headquarters, unless otherwise specified. Applicants must have US work authorization.

The Role

As a US DoD / IC Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving GreyNoise's sales efforts across the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. You will identify and close new business opportunities, grow key accounts, and represent GreyNoise as a trusted partner to mission owners and cyber operators within DoD and IC agencies. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical acumen, strategic sales execution, and federal domain expertise.

What You Will Do

  • Own the DoD / IC territory and exceed individual revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business and expansion opportunities within DoD / IC.
  • Conduct effective PoVs in partnership with Sales Engineering.
  • Forecast accurately using CRM (HubSpot) and maintain strong sales hygiene.
  • Represent GreyNoise at DoD / IC security and technology events.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the U.S. DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex federal environments.
  • Strong understanding of the DoD / IC procurement lifecycle, including key contract vehicles.
  • Familiarity with security tools like Threat Intelligence platforms, SIEM, SOAR, and TIP.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with minimal guidance.
  • TS or above clearance is a plus
