In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage key metrics, and drive alignment across departments in our in-office, phone-based sales team .
You will :
Lead operational functions across sales, marketing, acquisitions, and lead managementMentor and coach team leads and contributors with a performance-first mindsetOwn and manage KPI dashboards using advanced Google SheetsRecruit, interview, and onboard team members to maintain a proactive talent pipelineStreamline and standardize workflows; identify bottlenecks and lead improvementsPartner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable projectsManage vendor relationships and technology implementationsChampion onboarding and training with a culture of growth and executionRequirements
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operational leadership at a small to mid-sized, fast-paced companyProven success leading sales or marketing teams with clear KPI accountabilityExpert-level skills in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, multi-sheet models)Strong ability to resolve cross-functional issues and drive interdepartmental collaborationExperience evaluating and implementing third-party vendors and toolsExcellent communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesBackground in real estate, inside sales, or high-volume industries like solar, roofing, home services, or call centers is a plusBenefits
