Job descriptionLead core GAAP accounting activities including month end and quarter end close Prepare and review account reconciliations and support financial reporting Assist with technical accounting and preparation of financial packages Partner cross functionally with teams across the organization Support process improvements and system enhancement initiatives Take ownership of work to expand the analytical focus of senior leadership within the department Five to six plus years of progressive accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Blend of public and private experience is ideal Strong GAAP knowledge and month end close experience Experience with larger ERPs such as Dynamics AX or D365 is helpful Baseline understanding of inventory accounting Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
