Developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design and implement integrations between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse, and other applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives Create custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITIL processes Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs Demonstrated ability to design complex ITSM workflows and automate processes
