Job Description

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for directly managing a project's construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date. The types of projects managed are complex to highly complex. This position is required to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and / or craft activates on projects. This person should be able to oversee multiple discipline superintendents / scopes of work ranging from $20MM - $50MM in direct construction work with little guidance from senior level leadership.

In accordance with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Laws, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000
