Job Description

Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain alignment on goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols at all times. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities. Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges that arise during execution. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members on-site. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful superintendent should have :
