Job description
Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy sessions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Utilize data to adjust treatment approaches based on client progress and needs Required qualifications Active license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults, including at least six months of teletherapy experience Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a focus on client sessions Willingness to obtain licensure in other states, with costs covered by the employer
