Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Accounts Payable Manager will oversee all aspects of the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance, while working remotely within the Texas Central Standard Time zone. Key responsibilities Manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliation of accounts Lead and mentor a team of AP associates, providing guidance and performance feedback to enhance efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the AP function and ensure compliance with regulations Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in accounts payable management, including vendor management and payment execution Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong knowledge of AP systems such as Bill.com and Microsoft Dynamics Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivot tables Familiarity with tax compliance, specifically W-9 and 1099 reporting
