Insurance Account Manager Sales-Focused Opportunity The Thomson Agency State Farm Insurance

Are you a competitive salesperson who thrives on winning, closing deals, and driving results?

If youre energetic, motivated, and ready to turn leads into long-term clients, The Thomson Agency is looking for you. This role is designed for a high-performing, sales-oriented professional who wants to grow their career, build lasting relationships, and maximize earning potential in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenseswith full training and licensing support provided by our agency .

What Youll Do

  • Drive New Business Proactively market and sell insurance products to warm and cold leads.
  • Maximize Client Value Identify coverage needs and recommend solutions that increase protection and agency revenue.
  • Build Relationships Develop long-term client loyalty through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Support Policy Management Assist with applications, renewals, and policy updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate to Win Contribute to agency strategies and help meet production goals.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health , or willing to obtain with agency support.
