As a Bookkeeper for our Landscaping Division, you will be servicing all portfolios of properties. Your positive, can-do attitude helps to provide top level service to our team members. The combination of multi-tasking, professionalism, and dependability will ensure success in this role.

What we would like from you :

• Record and track all financial transactions
• Prepare receivables and distribute
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Create invoices and attach to pertinent jobs
• Work with the landscaping division to understand billing and scheduling
• Prepare credit applications
• Prepare payroll hours
• Create job numbers for all landscaping projects.
• Candidate must have three years of bookkeeping experience
• Candidate should display strong communication skills and attention to detail
• The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience beyond basic bookkeeping and computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have reliable, personal transportation
• QuickBooks knowledge
• Yardi Software experience preferred
• Experience in Landscaping Industry preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred
