Job description
To build a demand engine across diverse industries, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Lead will manage account strategies, execute outbound campaigns, and partner with sales teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement targeted account strategies and plays for various verticals, ensuring alignment with sales leadership Own and execute integrated outbound campaigns, managing audience, messaging, and automation for lead generation Foster strong partnerships with sales teams to ensure effective pipeline management and lead quality feedback Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology Proven track record of building and scaling account-based marketing and outbound programs Fluency in the GTM stack, including experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and digital advertising platforms Experience working with coding environments and APIs to create workflows and automations Strong alignment with company culture emphasizing ownership, curiosity, and fast execution
