We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and creative Social Media and Trade Show Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for building and managing Brimar’s social media presence while leading the coordination of trade show marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position and customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will create compelling digital campaigns, manage end-to-end trade show logistics, and collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and thought-leadership pieces, designed for both social media and to improve SEO visibility and position Brimar as an industry authority.
• Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries based on company and community policies.
• Track key metrics to optimize performance and reach; provide weekly and monthly reporting based on relevant KPI’s
• Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and scale content creation without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content, including product highlights, customer success stories, and industry trends.
