Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and maintain eye contact with guests

- Adapt quickly, multitask, and collaborate with the team
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency, reliability, and a cheerful attitude
- Passion for serving and helping others
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 15-35 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
