Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Insurance Agent will assist customers by providing information about products and services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies during the afternoon shift from 12:00-8:30pm EST. Key responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in accordance with service level agreements Analyze and resolve problems related to member accounts while assisting team members as needed Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Required qualifications: Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, call center, or a similar field No formal education requirement
