Job description
A company is looking for an Assistive Technology Specialist (Screen Reader).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual accessibility testing of websites and digital content using assistive technology tools
Evaluate products for compliance with accessibility guidelines such as WCAG 2.2 and ADA
Document accessibility issues and collaborate with teams to improve accessibility outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience using screen reader technology
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines including WCAG 2.2 and ADA Title II
Experience applying accessibility knowledge across various digital platforms
Understanding of how individuals with disabilities use assistive technologies
Experience in a K-12 educational context is a plus
