Global Fleet & Auto Repair LLC DBA Global Wildfire Equipment is looking to fill open positions for level FFT1
The Firefighter Type 1 leads a small team, typically no more than seven members, and ensures their safety during wildland and prescribed fire incidents. They oversee FFT2 level resources and report to a Single Resource Crew Boss or another designated supervisor, operating within the functional area of operations.

The role entails fieldwork that demands physical performance, necessitating exceptional endurance and advanced conditioning. Duties may occasionally require participation in extremely demanding activities during emergencies, under challenging environmental conditions, and for prolonged durations. The job involves running, walking, climbing, jumping, twisting, bending, and lifting weights exceeding 50 pounds; emergencies often dictate the work's tempo.
