Job description
To modernize and optimize identity management and employee technology experience, the full-time remote Lead IT Systems Engineer will oversee identity and access management, workflow automation, and virtual desktop infrastructure while driving operational efficiency and security. Key responsibilities Design and manage automated identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning and role-based access controls Configure and optimize Jira workflows and automation rules to improve service delivery and request management Engineer and support virtual desktop infrastructure, ensuring a secure and scalable environment for users Required qualifications Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT engineering Strong experience with identity and access management platforms, including Okta and Microsoft Entra ID Experience configuring Jira and Jira Service Management, with strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python Hands-on experience with virtual desktop infrastructure platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop or VMware Horizon Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
