To improve the accounts receivable process, the part-time independent contractor Accounts Receivable Lead will manage client outreach, collections, and the end-to-end AR cycle while working remotely in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle for assigned clients, focusing on outreach and collections Proactively identify the appropriate contacts within client organizations for invoice resolution Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other teams to clarify invoice details and resolve discrepancies Required Qualifications Proven experience managing accounts receivable in a B2B transactional business Ownership mindset with a strong focus on managing a complex collections process Accounting background or degree is a strong plus Experience with ERP or accounting software; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus Based in the U.S. and authorized to work as an independent contractor
