You will be responsible for promoting our Medicare products and services to new potential customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team. This is a permanent full-time position with bonus and commissions!

Qualifications / Requirements
High School DiplomaActive Group 1- Life and Health Insurance LicensesMaintain CE to ensure active license statusClear a State required background check to obtain and maintain licenseStrong knowledge in CRM systems and Microsoft suite products. College degree or equivalent work experience required3+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industryClear an employer background checkHigh sales conversion ratesDuties & Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our Medicare products and servicesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and leadsDiscuss and assist customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotionPromote company products on each callHandle calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standardsAccurately document interaction detailsMeet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection)Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience
