Summary
The Product Manager will focus on 5key areas of responsibility : Business Engagement Project DeliveryProject Management Quality Assurance and Production Support whileinteracting with on and offshore development resources vendorsprofessional service providers and global businesspartners
Develop business analysis deliverablesincluding but not limited to workflows and process models detailedbusiness requirements use cases business rules release notes changemanagement documentation project approval requests etc.
Partner with the project delivery team to assesstechnical feasibility and obtain estimates for backlogitems
Ensure a stable and predictable operatingenvironment for the user community which includes proper problemidentification timely escalation and resolution and thoroughtesting of software changes.
Qualifications :

8 years in business systems analysis with at least 5 years ofexperience with large scale and complex systems
Understanding of Licensing and Consumer Products industry withdemonstrated domain experience in Revenue Accounting Finance andContract Management Systems including but not limited to contractprocesses and practices licensee royalty statement submissionprocesses royalty and revenue transaction processing
Experience with highly integrated accounting applicationsincluding interfaces to SAP forecasting data warehouses master datamanagement and product master is desirable
Knowledge of KPIs and terms to support reporting for RevenueAccounting Contract Management Legal and Category Managementbusiness partners
Experience with MicroStrategyreporting or equivalent reporting system
ScrumMaster and Agile certification is preferred
