Position Overview :

As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, you'll play a vital role in monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency responses, and supporting security teams on-site. This position is crucial in protecting personnel, property, and operational integrity at client locations like Amgen.

Schedule : Friday 11 P.M. - 7 A.M. and Saturday 11 P.M. - 7 A.M. (16 hours total)

Key Responsibilities :

• Surveillance & Monitoring : Operate CCTV and alarm systems to spot and address security threats promptly.
• Access Control : Monitor secure area access using specialized software.
• Emergency Dispatching : Manage emergency responses through radio and broadcasting systems.
• Communication : Engage professionally with security teams, emergency responders, and client personnel.
• Incident Reporting : Document all incidents and alarms meticulously in logs and reports.
• Training & Development : Participate in a comprehensive 40-hour training program covering essential skills and site protocols.
• Customer Service : Offer professional support to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
