Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This includes:

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed (or eligible) in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred (but open to exceptional new grads with strong clinical experience).
• Strong surgical skills (or willingness to develop them further).
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• An open, adaptable approach to medicine—always looking to learn and improve
• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
